Cancellation Policy
Bare by Kelsey values your time and strive to provide every guest with a relaxing and personalized experience. To ensure fairness to all clients , I kindly ask that you review the cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling Bare by Kelsey Require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows the opportunity to offer the time slot to another guest. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
